Homecoming Week 2017

Nov 5, 2017 | Weekly Update

Homecoming Week 2017 was filled with many more activities than anyone could possibly attend. But it was fun trying. I had to take a couple of trips to Bossier in the early part of the week, and spent the rest of those days in meetings and walking around campus. I was pleased to host the Louisiana Contractor’s Licensing Board members for a luncheon with some of our faculty in the Pressbox/Suites. I thought that it was particularly fitting for this group to see this amazing construction project led by Lincoln Builders of Ruston. The contractors brought a very nice check to support our construction program. Friday and Saturday were packed with many of our homecoming activities that included students, alumni and friends. It was wonderful to have the opportunity to connect to so many over those two days. Here are a few of my favorite pics for just a few of the events for the week.
