Transitioning from Winter to Spring

While we all still wait for the real winter to arrive, it looks like spring is already here. I’m having the same feeling on campus as our Winter Quarter has blown by and Spring Quarter is already about to begin. There’s a lot of energy in the air as the campus is active with numerous construction projects and as our athletics teams are showcasing their talents on the field and court. Recruiting season is here too, and we are seeing a lot of prospective students visiting the campus. I always enjoy meeting with our prospective students and their families, sometimes in my office, sometimes in the 16th floor lobby, and sometimes while they are touring around campus. Here are a few of my favorite pics for the past few days:
