Wrapping up the Summer of 2016

In the final week of summer heading into a busy fall quarter… I am really looking forward to having our students and faculty back on campus in full force next week.  Everyone is working hard to get the campus ready and to prepare to make it a great experience for our students. I made a couple of trips to Bossier City this week, one to meet with Chancellor Rick Bateman of Bossier Parish Community College to discuss joint academic programs, and the other to meet with Bob Hinson, Director of the National Strategic Research Institute in Nebraska to discuss potential research collaborations. Here are a few of my favorite pics for the week:
