Tulips at the Prez’s rez
Tulips and Tech are synonymous in early spring. This week, our students, faculty and visitors have been enjoying the beautiful beds of color in the Quad filled with tulips and pansies. We appreciate the efforts of our staff who plan for these special seasons and prepare our grounds for us all to enjoy.
I was glad to be in the office most of the week and spent much of the time in meetings with my administrative team and preparing for upcoming meetings. I stopped by the DAC on Wednesday for a special “Tackling Tech” student recruiting event organized by our admissions team. And throughout the week, I also enjoyed numerous visits from alumni, prospective students and current students all sharing their positive experiences about being at our university. I hope you enjoy a few of the images that I captured of activities around Tech this week.
